The Ritual of Sthenos
The session begins with the application of warm oil combined with slow, firm, and targeted strokes along the muscle fibers. The therapist works with fingers, forearms, and elbows to reach the deeper layers of the tissue, focusing on strained areas such as the back, shoulders, neck, and legs. The therapy extends to a full-body flow incorporating sports massage techniques, stretching and corrective pressure, enhancing flexibility and promoting physical recovery after strain or exercise.
In the 80-minute version extends to the head and feet, for a more complete relaxing experience.
The Power of Oil and Motion
The massage uses warm botanical oils infused with eucalyptus, black pepper, and rosemary extracts, known for their decongesting and muscle-soothing effects. These active ingredients penetrate deep into the tissues, stimulating circulation and helping to reduce inflammation and stiffness.

- Please respect the serene atmosphere of the spa by keeping mobile devices in silent mode.
- Access to facilities (Jacuzzi, Sauna, Hammam) is available strictly by appointment.
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to the treatment.
- Children aged 9 and above are welcome under the care and supervision of an adult.
Cancellation & Booking Policy
- Cancellations made up to 6 hours prior to the appointment are free of charge.
- Cancellations made within less than 6 hours, or non attendance, are charged at 100% of the treatment value.
- To confirm a booking / appointment, 100% prepayment of the selected services is required.
