Cancellation & Booking Policy
- Cancellations made up to 6 hours prior to the appointment are free of charge.
- Cancellations made within less than 6 hours, or non attendance, are charged at 100% of the treatment value.
- To confirm a booking / appointment, 100% prepayment of the selected services is required.
