The session begins in warm steam, allowing the body to adjust and prepare for cleansing and renewal. Guests are provided with natural exfoliation products and olive oil soaps for deep skin purification and gentle care. The ritual continues with a shampoo and conditioner for the hair. The experience concludes with a warm water bath follows, where steam and moisture work together to detoxify, soothe, and awaken the senses.

- Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment to ensure a smooth and relaxed start.
- Please respect the serene atmosphere of the spa by keeping mobile devices in silent mode.
- Access to facilities (Jacuzzi, Sauna, Hammam) is available strictly by appointment.
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to the treatment.
- Children aged 9 and above are welcome under the care and supervision of an adult.
Cancellation & Booking Policy
- Cancellations made up to 6 hours prior to the appointment are free of charge.
- Cancellations made within less than 6 hours, or non attendance, are charged at 100% of the treatment value.
- To confirm a booking / appointment, 100% prepayment of the selected services is required.
